When is IVF Needed?
IVF is often recommended for patients facing challenges like:
- Blocked fallopian tubes
- PCOS where ovulation induction hasn’t worked
- Low sperm quality (where ICSI will be needed)
- “Unexplained” infertility (where all tests are normal but you still don’t conceive)
The IVF Process at Ezee IVF
IVF at Ezee Fertility follows a carefully designed process to maximize success. This process is no different other IVF centres charging much more than we do.

Ovarian Stimulation
We stimulate your ovaries to grow multiple eggs in one cycle. Not too many, just the right number.
The growth of the follicles is monitored with ultrasound scans.
The follicles are triggered when they are ready, typically 10-12 days from the start.
Consultation Booking
Fertilised eggs grow for a few days until they reach the ‘blastocyst’ stage, at which point the best embryo is selected to transfer in your womb.
Egg Collection
When ready, eggs are collected at our parent centre, Acorn Fertility, based near Wimbledon (112a Cavendish Road, SW19 2EZ).
This quick, 20-minute procedure is done under sedation, so you don’t feel a thing.
Embryo Transfer
The selected embryo is transferred into the uterus through a simple procedure (which does not need sedation).
Fertilisation
The eggs are fertilised in the lab with sperm and carefully monitored for development. Some couples may need an additional ICSI (which we will have discussed with you before).
Embryo Freezing
Any unused healthy embryos can be frozen for future cycles, saving time and effort. This is not a part of the package but we can do that if you so wish.
